A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices, company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues using Root Cause and Corrective Action (5 Whys). Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and continual improvements. Interface with suppliers and customers regarding quality related issues. Can work independently with little instruction on day to day basis. Conduct technical investigations and provide technical skills when finding solutions for nonconforming products. Experience with AS9100D and Military Standards; MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883, etc. Lead AS9100D internal audits throughout the year (create audit plan and schedules) working with audit team. Facilitate internal training, as required. Conduct supplier audits. Work with quality department as part of a Team, and add individual contributions. Provide assistance to close Non-conformances using TIPQA modules. BA/BS in technical field or 5 years of experience in electronics industry Experience MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various databases (Access) TIPQA (Quality Management Systems Module) a plus AS9100D Lead Certification Create Charts for analysis in Quality Department.
