Here’s how you will bring chocolate to life: Work with a team to create a final product you are proud of Maintain sanitary and orderly work-space, while reporting any damages or defects Identify basic machine problems, recognize when machine is on/off Use a computer, tablet, and/or scanner to record production information Position title : Shipping/Receiving Lead Shift schedule : Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM Job Summary : To support the Warehouse Supervisor and provide leadership to the Shipping/Receiving Department in the Managers absence. Ensure commitments to customers relating to quality, service and delivery are met within the context of and consistent with the shipping/receiving schedule. Essential Duties: Assist in the coordination of daily activities of the department, maintain various metrics, and assist int raining and coaching less experienced Shipper/Receivers along with performing normal work functions Provide leadership and role model appropriate compliance to our core values and policies as well as have experience in all aspects of the jobs within the department they may be assigned to. Comply with all of the requirements of provincial laws, regulations, audit bodies and company policies and procedures Provide site specific training to employees on fork truck operation, fall arrest and arial platform Loads trucks for shipment to customers, unloads trucks of raw materials and supplies. Wrap, rack and move pallets within warehouse. Provide raw materials to manufacturing process lines Coordinates daily transfers to and from outside warehouses Generate all required shipping documents for daily warehouse activities, allocate orders using computerized warehouse management and receiving systems. Assists in departmental administration (ordering pallets, arranging fork truck repairs, etc.) Assists in inventory counts Qualifications: Secondary school diploma or equivalent Fork truck operators certification Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Experience Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds Varying temperatures - hot/cold Can you meet these qualifications?
