Experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative for Established Award-Wining Agency

Candidates with CA State Insurance License Preferred - But will consider excellent candidate, willing to study and pass exam.

We are a growing insurance financial services agency who is currently seeking a Customer Service/Sales professional to join our team. If you are an energetic, people person who is a self-starter, problem solver and team player, then we want to talk to you! This position is responsible for servicing our existing clients as well as generating leads, setting appointments and writing new business for our wide range of insurance products.

Our agency has been in business for over 35 years winning numerous company awards. We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn and grow within our agency and be a part of our family. We need an individual who is motivated, organized, dependable, and professional and has strong sales skills. Must have the ability to learn quickly, strong problem solving and analytical skills and excellent PC skills.

You will learn about customer satisfaction, marketing, sales and account management. You will be part of a team but also needs to be a self-starter and problem solver who provides superior service to our current and potential clients. Ongoing training, guidance, and encouragement are offered to assist you in exceeding monthly production goals resulting in rewards through commission and incentives.

Experience in the industry is preferred and will give you an ideal foundation to make an immediate contribution to the team.

We offer a unique compensation plan designed to reward individual and team performance. This includes a base salary, uncapped commission plan (must be licensed), ability to earn paid time off, paid holidays and medical insurance allowance.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
