Charlotte Truffles is a growing, award-winning chocolate shop based in Santa Clara. I make chocolate bonbons by hand and sell them to our Bay Area friends at the farmers market, pop-up events, and online.   I started this brand because I couldn’t find a shop that truly shared my story.  My childhood included living in several continents. From this experience, I fiercely understand the importance of diversity and inclusivity.  This is why the flavors I choose represent the diverse cultures represented in our community.  Our flavors spark intercultural and intergenerational conversations where people can learn about other cultures.
