Part-Time Office Assistant We are a chiropractic office in Sunnyvale, seeking a motivated, friendly, and organized accounting assistant to join our growing practice. Part-time position 20-30 hrs/week. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Assisting office manager for account receivable tasks Reviewing and submitting electronic medical claims Verifying insurance coverage Posting payments and creating statements Following up insurance claims and adjustments Responding to requests and inquiries from insurance carriers, patients, and attorneys Analyzing aging reports, auditing patient accounts, following up on past due balances Supporting front office and provider as needed Requirements: Fluency in English (both oral and written) Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint Able to work independently with multitask and prioritize skill Organized and detail oriented This is a fun warm office with great patients.
