The Executive Assistant (EA) provides day-to-day support to the Executive Director (ED) and will be responsible for interacting effectively with constituents at all levels of the organization including day workers, board of directors, employers and staff. As such, this person must possess exceptional interpersonal skills. The EA must also be able to anticipate the needs of the ED and ensure that she has the support she needs each day. Primary responsibility is to help a diverse group of workers with job placements while assisting with job skill improvement opportunities as well.
