What you'll do We’re a technical documentation team that is part of the engineering org. Things move fast on our team and we're looking for someone who can help manage all of the moving pieces. This position will report to the Head of Copy & Design for the Merchandising & Catalog organization. What You'll Do You'll keep the team of writers working together like a well-oiled machine by overseeing the team's day-to-day tasks, helping them prioritize where to focus, and unblocking them if any obstacles get in their way. Each writer focuses on a specific vertical, so you'll provide guidance on information architecture, copy editing, and improving the overall documentation process. To succeed at this role you’ll need to be energetic, collaborative, and excited about the opportunity to manage a team.
