Topper Fine Jewelers was started in 1940 by the Topper Brothers (no relation to our family) and was originally located in California's San Joaquin Valley. Our great uncle purchased the business in 1947 with stores then in Modesto, Merced, and Porterville. The Caplan family has owned Topper Fine Jewelers ever since.

We are now located in  downtown Burlingame, California, where our family works together every day to continue the family tradition now three generations in the making. Today, we offer some of the finest jewelry and watches available in a beautifully designed store with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our knowledgeable and caring staff also shares our family's passion for providing quality products and personal attention.
