Ushur was born out of our own frustration with enterprise/customer relationships. As customers we face significant friction and frustration when communicating with enterprises, and on the other side, enterprises struggle to powerfully and efficiently act on their customer data. That’s why we created Ushur. We wanted to eliminate friction between enterprises and their customers for seamless customer engagements. Today, we accelerate workflows across a number of enterprise departments, including sales, claims, billing, administrative tasks, and service desk. And this is just the beginning.
