The City of Sunnyvale is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager (Term Limited) in Employee Benefits. This is a backfill assignment in Human Resources for the duration of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) project. This two-year position will be responsible for the management of the Employee Benefits division including managing all benefit programs (health and welfare, deferred compensation, retirement, retiree medical).
The City of Sunnyvale provides an excellent benefits package, including 4% City-paid Employee PERS contribution and the 2% at 60 retirement plan for Classic employees. Salary: $128,194.00 - $150,816.00 Annually; a 3.5% confidential premium is reflected in the advertised rates
