Job Description

Temporary Accountant: 6 month contract

Job Description:

  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to booking and payment.
  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
  • Process weekly vendor payments and expense reimbursements.
  • Build and reinforce exceptional relationship with the Procurement team to improve and address/resolve any PO issues.
  • Maintains all accounts payable daily entries, reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files.
  • Assist in monthly closing and expense analysis.
  • Assist in other projects as needed
  • Proficiency in MS Excel skills.



  • 1-2 years accounting related work experience.
  • S. Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel skills.
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus
