Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate facilities operations, employee events, and policies/procedures for offices in San Francisco, Calgary, and Paris
- Manage and maintain the calendars, travel, and expenses of the CEO and CTO
- Assist with company communications
- Ability to travel with CEO for important conferences

Requirements:
- 7 + years of experience as an Executive Assistant to the C-Suite
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a start-up or extremely fast-paced growing environment
