We are currently searching for EXPERIENCED LEASING CONSULTANTS to work with some of the top names in property management. The Multi Family industry is growing at warp speed and positions are available to help people secure new homes in our city. If you’re an enthusiastic, perceptive individual with a knack for sales who is excited to make an impact in the lives of others, you would be a perfect fit!


Essential Leasing Consultant duties include but aren't limited to:

  • Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
  • Tour prospects to model apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, available facilities, such as swimming pool, location of shopping centers and freeways, services available, and terms of lease.
  • Qualifies prospective residents, verifying applications, lease documents and related paperwork.
  • Completes lease form or agreement and collects move-in deposit and application fee.
  • Promotes positive, proactive resident relations, working to make the living experience, the first and last impression, of the highest quality.
  • Assists with coordinating resident events and activities


Knowledge Skills and Abilities for Leasing Consultant:

  • 1 year of multi-family industry experience
  • Be able to submit to drug screens upon request
  • Pass background check
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent follow up and follow through skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media
  • Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required
