We are seeking a fast paced and driven Recruiting Coordinator to join a dynamic People team in the Biotech industry. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage positions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and schedule candidates for phone screens and onsite interviews.
-Manage requisitions within Greenhouse, our ATS
-Schedule candidate phone screens and onsite interviews across 3 geographies
-Schedule hiring team strategy meetings and debriefs
-Maintain a high level of candidates experience by responding to candidate questions and ensuring positive impressions with the client
-Coordinate candidate expenses and travel requirements
-High school degree is required, Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
-1+ year of scheduling in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably on an HR or People Team.
-High level of detail orientation and accuracy
-A customer focused attitude
-Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
The initial contract will be 6 months with an opportunity to extend in 3 month intervals.
