Job Description

Coast Personnel Services is seeking an Admin with accounting experience. 

 

Admin role duties:

  • General Admin duties - drafting documents and answering telephones, including scheduling 
  • Travel arrangements
  • Handle Microsoft product licensing
  • Good negotiation skills

Accounting duties:

  • Well rounded accounting experience and knowledge in A/R and A/P
  • Invoicing/billing
  • Ability to work with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas)

 

Requirements

Must have good communication skills written/verbal

2-5yrs experience (mid-level)

Ability to take on more than one task

 

 

Day Shift: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
