We are looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer for a very important client.

Job Overview:
The Manufacturing Test Engineer will provide In-Circuit Test (ICT), DFT feedback, define testing requirements and test plan. The Manufacturing Test Engineer will provide routine reporting on observed trends in process and product quality based on ICT test data. Reports to Manufacturing Test Engineering Director and is located at the Company Headquarters in Newark, CA.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
·         Interface with new product development team and customers to provide In-Circuit Test (ICT) DFT feedback and to define testing requirements and test plans. Must be familiar with DFT tool.
·         Provide routine reporting on observed trends in process and product quality based on ICT test data, making recommendations for improvement and corrective action
·         Monitor ICT, FCT test yield, ensure that we achieve the expected first passed yield.
·         Support NPI build, develop the Takaya Flying Probe test program.
·         Other job duties and responsibilities related to Manufacturing Test Engineering as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Key Job Requirements and Qualifications:
·         Minimum of a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related discipline
·         Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing test engineering experience in EMS industry.
·         Must be familiar with Keysight ICT testers, TRI ICT testers and Flying Probe tester particularly the Takaya Flying Probe tester. The candidate must have experience in developing Keysight ICT and Takaya Flying Probe test program.
·         Possess a good knowledge in x1149 Boundary Scan Analyzer.

1. Developing ICT test program on Agilent OR Keysight 3070 ICT test system. This is MANDATORY.
2. Maintaining ICT test fixture and testers on Agilent OR Keysight ICT testers. This is MANDATORY.
