Contract-to-Hire Admin-Clerical Executive

Job Description

As part of the Administrative Services executive support team, this position is responsible for providing executive level administrative support within the department. Completes Administrative Services team assignments (e.g. meeting agendas and minutes, presentations, etc.) and backup relief for other members of the team including scheduling meetings and coordinating the VP’s calendar, word processing, research and report preparation, meeting minutes, expense reports, maintaining payment records for vendors and special events and coordinating organization and division projects. Maintains division policies and procedures.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills including customer service, proactive task management, composition, and the ability to communicate effectively with outside vendors, employees, physicians and members of the executive team. Expert level experience using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills and able to work independently. Must also have demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work under changing conditions requiring re-prioritization of work flow.
