Job Description

What you'll do

 

  • Drives continuous improvement of User Experience tools, documentation, and process
  • Drives experience strategy and innovation to improve user experience
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Drives user experience solutions across a small- to medium-sized portfolio of projects
  • Ensures business needs are being met
  • Leads cross-functional team projects
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
  • Structures, maintains, and delivers user experience design consistency across software design efforts in collaboration with Engineering Architects

Minimum Qualifications

About you:

 

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in UX design, product design, or equivalent experience
  • BS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strong UX skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to think critically and provide simple and creative solutions to complex problems while accounting for technical and/or business constraints
  • Proficient in Sketch, Invision, and other visual design and wireframing tools

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Excited to lead a team
  • Ability to travel at least once per quarter for at least one week
