Job Description

The Office Manager will perform a broad range of administrative and financials including but not limited to:

Job Duties:
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; maintaining filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
Maintains office efficiency
Maintains office policies by following established standards and procedures; measuring results against those standards; suggesting necessary adjustments.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; preparing financials; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Achieves financial objectives by managing expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains/completes scheduling and calendar management
Makes travel arrangements
Answers and directing calls
Sets up conference calls, etc.

Preferred Requirements:
Software Experience: Salesforce and JD Edwards (Oracle)
Invoicing: shipping and receiving (Ordering Hardware)
