We are currently recruiting for the position of Human Resources Manager - Employee Relations/Employee Development. Under administrative direction of the Human Resources Director, the incumbent is primarily responsible for administering human resources policies and procedures, interpreting memoranda of understanding, and providing counsel regarding employee relations and organizational development matters, including performance evaluations, grievance and disciplinary investigations, and negotiation preparation.
