The Patient Navigator supports and guide patients through all the various complexities of the healthcare system. The Patient Navigator is responsible for educating patients about insurance coverage and payment options, as well as addressing any questions or concerns

The ideal candidate:

  • High-school diploma.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Patient Navigator Certification preferred. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish required 
  • Experience and knowledge of all aspects of the healthcare system.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Empathetic attitude, with an ability to offer emotional support.
