The ideal candidate must have excellent client service and communication skills. He or she should also be well-organized and accurate with details. The position includes answering the phone, appointment scheduling and proactive client contact, financial transactions and account processing, event planning, and problem-solving. Background in financial services, banking, insurance a plus. Computer knowledge: Should be familiar with windows-based systems.
