Job Description

Evergreen Ridge Apartments currently have immediate openings for a 190 unit San Bruno community (near Daily City, So San Francisco and Pacifica) on our leasing and maintenance staff. 


Lease Agent:

We are looking for team players who can work independently. Someone who can work with and follow the manager's instructions and property's schedule. You should be a people person with a professional appearance and attitude, customer service orientated with an ability to multitask. 


Maintenance Tech:

Seeking experienced personnel with a successful background in maintenance. Must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting. Able to handle quality apartment turns and work orders in a timely manner while also sharing after hour emergency on call duties. Have your own tools and transportation with driver's license and insurance.

Pay will commensurate with experience within a range of $18.00-$26.00 hourly. Insurance benefits included.  On-site housing may be an option. 

We are looking to hire long term employees who will become part of our property management family.
