Job Description

Summary of Responsibility

Maintain client relationships in the Hospital Business and Billing offices while updating hospital computer systems. Providing documentation to assigned client hospitals on behalf of CompSpec Inc. Position requires an employee to be on-site at the hospital (client) facility.

High School Diploma or equivalent with some college preferred and/or 1-3 years experience in the healthcare industry.

Employee must be able to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities without missing deadlines.




Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and accurate manner with patients. Internal staff, in all written and verbal communication. (Helpful if Bilingual Spanish).



Interview patient’s at bedside for third party linkages

Secure Third Party applications, for all potentially linked patients.

Knowledge of Third Party Programs helpful.

Good Understanding of hospital and healthcare industry helpful.

Resolve routine client and operational inquires.

Responsible for managing a portfolio for third party eligibility/recovery

Assist with resolving and monitoring Client Support Memorandums.

Ability to work independently.

Assure all payment reports are submitted monthly.
