Job Description

Staff Assistant to provide general and administrative support for the front desk of a well-established and expanding real estate financial services company. Fantastic opportunity for a personable, motivated, and flexible individual.  This position is full-time, permanent and on-site, with excellent benefits.

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Primary point of contact at front desk to greet visitors, answer phone calls and distribute mail
  • Inventory/order/stock supplies
  • Maintain company contact database with updates as required
  • Order/send flowers/gifts as requested
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Calendar meetings and prepare materials
  • Manage expense reporting
  • Organize and maintain accurate project files
  • Fax, mail and copy as needed
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by department staff
