As a Food and Beverage Manager you oversee the day to day operations of our 3 meal per day and group dining venue. The delivery of our locally sourced, sustainable and nutritionally sound food is a critical part of the Canyon Ranch journey for our guests. You will ensure the dining experience meets or exceeds standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness and will work with the operations team managing scheduling and payroll and will ensure the consistent training and development of staff.
Our successful candidate is someone who is passionate about food and customer service. A problem-solver with strong work ethic and leadership skills. We prefer you have an Associates Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or related field and at least 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience. To be successful in this role, you will have a outgoing personality and approachable demeanor. You are a good motivator and developer of people. You have excellent written and verbal communications skills and are proficient in all Microsoft office suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with InfoGenesis helpful but not required. A flexible work schedule is a must.
