As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will welcome the hottest entrepreneurs and VCs in Silicon Valley. This role will allow you to help future founders of companies like Facebook and Google. When someone has a question, concern, or needs advice on who to speak with, you’re the first person they seek. If you thrive in startup culture and can appreciate the technology world, we want to speak to you.

1.  The ideal candidate will be able to:

   a.        Interact with HanaHaus customers, fellow HanaHaus coworkers, Blue Bottle Cafe employees, and supervisors in a polite, courteous, and hospitable manner. 

   b.       Ensure all guests receive exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment

   c.        Oversee the Workspace while greeting and validating reservations for customers

   d.       Handle last minute on-site reservations, guide customers to reserved seats and inform of amenities

   e.        Solve any reservation issues or questions that may come up over phone, email, or on-site.

   f.         Maintain the seating chart and cleanliness of the workspace

   g.        Set-up and break-down furniture according to layouts and events with HanaHaus team

   i.         Take direction from Operations Manager and communicate concerns effectively

   m.      Must be punctual and organized.


2. Must have skills:

    a.      Experience in fast-paced environments

    b.      Ability to use computing technologies (desktop, laptop, phone, tablet)

    c.       Ability to stand for 6+ hours

    d.      Ability to lift and move 30+ lb. of furniture and materials

    e.      Ability to read, write and speak fluent English

    f.       Able to work weekends

    g.       Reliable transportation


3.  Nice to have skills:

    a.      Hospitality, retail, or public relations experience

    b.      Bilingual

    c.       Experience with POS and reservation systems
