Based in Silicon Valley, we tackle the root causes of inequality and poverty by leading collaborative campaigns for quality jobs, healthy communities, equitable growth, and a democracy that works for all. We do not sit still: we convene the coalition-led Silicon Valley Rising, Gig Workers Rising, the Fair Workplace Collaborative, and the Trades Orientation Program (TOP).

Compensation and Location: This position is based out of San Jose, CA. Annual salary ranges from $73,500 - $90,500 and will be based on experience. Generous benefits package including full family health, dental, vision, and acupuncture/chiropractic insurance; paid vacations and holiday leave; and 401(k) with employer contributions. This is a regular full-time, exempt position and an excellent opportunity for those seeking career advancement over time.
