We are currently hiring for multiple positions at the Aviation Management Division, and the Revenue Development & Management Division. The position descriptions are as follows:
I. Aviation Management Division:
The Aviation Management division functions as the Airport’s leasing and property management department for aviation-related tenants – including all airlines, aviation support providers, airline & fuel consortiums and government agencies located at SFO. Under general direction, the Airport Property Specialist I performs a variety of functions related to the activities and contractual agreements of aviation-related tenants.
II. Revenue Development & Management Division:
Under general direction, the Airport Property Specialist I - performs a variety of functions related to the Airport’s property management and business development programs.
The essential functions of this position include:
Nature of Work
The normal work period is Monday through Friday, however, you will be required to report to work during emergency situations including weekends, evenings, and holidays to facilitate airport emergency support operations.
Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
Two (2) years of experience in the areas appropriate to the assigned position. These areas may include but are not limited to: market research; evaluation of economic feasibility of leases; the management and leasing of: commercial properties, retail properties, passenger services and advertising, food and beverage concessions, airport/aviation industry tenants, air passenger support services, airline operations, or cargo operations.
