Under the direct supervision of the National STEM Director and National STEM Program Manager, the STEM Core Program Coordinator will assist in direct student support interventions, program development/implementation,  and overall STEM Core programming
initiatives with an emphasis on student-facing activities. The Program Coordinator position entails the following:

● Work closely with the Program Manager and STEM Director to deliver direct student
support services and programming that represents Growth Sector and STEM Core. This
includes, but not limited to:
● Attend all Growth Sector/STEM Core training activities, and staff meetings
● Provide National SSS support directly to participating campuses in a primarily virtual
setting
● Hold regular student 1on1s with targeted cohorts (under direction of Program
Director/Manager) to implement best practices and early intervention
● Provide support to specific campuses around program recruitment
● Assist in Planning/implementing STEM development student facing workshops
