AutoZone's Shift Supervisors assist the Store Manager with leading company initiatives and ensuring maximum productivity, training high performing AutoZoners in a safe environment, driving sales, controlling expenses and shrink, and remaining compliant with company procedures in accordance to AutoZone’s expectation. Shift Supervisors exceeds customer’s expectation by delivering a WOW! Customer shopping experience on assigned shifts by Living the Pledge every day.

  •  Assisting customers in finding parts and products using the electronic or paper
    catalogs
  •  Addressing customer concerns
  •  Operating cash registers and following established cash handling duties.
  •  Delegating and completing store merchandising tasks; including but not limited to
    stocking the store
  • Compliance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  •  Motivating store AutoZoners to provide WOW! Customer Service
  •  Maintaining sales productivity, store appearance, and merchandising standards
  •  Assisting with the management of the commercial department within the store and
    assisting with day to day approving PDA transactions
  •  Performing other related duties as required.
