We're hiring PART-TIME & FULL-TIME SWIM INSTRUCTORS!

Do you love being in the water? It's OK, if you're not a fantastic swimmer. But you do need to be AWESOME at passing on to kids the knowledge we give you. We're looking for energetic people that are open to learning and have the ability to make learning fun. If you have a strong passion for working with children, then we're the place for you!

We reward our instructors base on their performance, The more students you have on your schedule the more compensation you will earn. Starting out, our instructors typically make an average of $24/hour. Keep in mind, you level of compensation will increase the more students you have on your schedule.

Here's how it works:

Your Base Rate = $20.00

Your Private Class Incentive (1 on 1 ratio) = $4.00

Your Semi-Private Class Incentive (2 on 1 ratio) = $2.00

Max Rate (Base rate + up to 3 Private Class Incentives per hour) = $32.00
