Working with progressive leadership, this position will manage information technology projects ranging in areas of focus and complexity such as system implementation, infrastructure enhancements, security enhancements, Request for Proposal (RFP) development. This position works with multiple departments to include: Public Safety, Public Works, Community Development, Library Management, Recreation Services, Environmental Services, Finance, Human Resources, City Manager and Attorney’s offices.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management background in implementing applications, infrastructure components and security aspects along with managing operational projects of significant complexity. This position interacts with department staff as well as the public and must demonstrate an exceptional ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with staff, consultants, contractors, developers, public, and other project stakeholders.
