Position: Food Production Supervisor
Location: San Franciso, Burlingame, CA

Reports to: Food Production
Supervise all food production areas for Fresh Meal Customers. Train and hold employees accountable for their work performance. Ability to delegate and hold subordinates accountable. Effectively manage labor costs and coordinate employee work schedules. Ensure & promote a safe work environment, and follow all procedures for reporting worker’s compensation incidents and accidents. Follow customer specifications to ensure products are being produced effectively. Follow HACCP Program guidelines which consists of sanitation, food safety, and FDA requirements. Work closely with Quality Assurance/Sanitation Manager, Purchasing, and other food production managers. Supervise & resolve production issues in a timely manner.
