LeanData is looking for a product marketer who can develop an in-depth understanding of LeanData’s product portfolio, customer use cases, personas and then create compelling narratives to help take our products to market.  

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for go to market activities for multiple LeanData products. The ideal candidate will have an innate understanding of how sales and marketing technologies help companies grow. We’re excited about candidates who have a strong results orientation and know how to create value in a small, fast paced and high performing team.

Required Skills:

  • Love and understand technology
  • Ability to create content and train sales teams on how to communicate value propositions
  • Be hands-on with Salesforce and have an understanding of Salesforce objects
  • Know how to leverage the skills of other marketing team members
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel 
  • Be an excellent communicator – written and oral 

Industry Preference:
Software product (Preferred)
Key Responsibility:

  • Develop an understanding of the market through sales insight, market research and competitive analysis. 
  • Become an expert in our category and bring relevant information to the executive, sales, and product team in clear and concise formats. 
  • Work with the Product team throughout the planning, dev, and launch lifecycle 
  • Work with other Marketing team members to launch new products, features, campaigns 
  • Create launch calendars, sales toolkit collaterals, timelines and other documentation 
  • Train sales team on how to pitch LeanData, specific products or features
  • Travel for presentations, tradeshows and events 

2-5 Years in Product Marketing
Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
