We have an EXCITING opportunity for an experienced, motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. We prefer applicants with 1 year of STRONG property maintenance experience. Participation in our on-call schedule and some weekend availability is required.  Compensation commensurate with experience.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Diagnose and perform minor routine maintenance/repair involving some of the following on a daily basis;
Electrical and plumbing
Water irrigation systems
Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
Tile, carpet, flooring
Roofing, gutters, fasteners
Interior/exterior lights
Fireplaces, ceilings fans
Repair and paint walls
Ceiling leaks
Pool area, tile, Jacuzzi, pool furniture
Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter

One year of strong maintenance experience in the apartment industry is highly preferred

Must have a well-rounded maintenance skill set

Must have great customer service skills

Must have experience in completing work orders and/or preparing make ready units
Must have attention to detail
Must be team oriented and self-motivated
Must have a positive attitude!
Must be able to pass a background search and drug test
Must have a solid and consistent work history with excellent references
Must have a valid driver's license
