The Customer Relations Assistant is located in Mountain View, CA. This is an entry level position in the field of Technical Support. This position will perform basic technical support and assist with customer service tasks, including helping resolve customer concerns, support order fulfillment, and performing a variety of tasks under general supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and/or provide customer training and technical support.
Assist in accurately processing orders/shipments.
Assist in following up with customers and help resolve customer issues.
Maintain current technical knowledge of the OPTIGEN® assay, equipment and product(s)
Learn and support new products.
Support inbound calls for complete line of company products, supplies, prices and availability.
Support the maintenance of the customer account databases.
