The AP/GL Accountant is located in Mountain View, CA.  This position is responsible for accounting activities including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Account Reconciliations, and Balance Sheet accounts.  May handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for reconciling the A/P module to GL by working full cycle of payable process using Microsoft Dynamics AX system, including processing checks and wires on a regular basis Responsible for general ledger account reconciliations, bank reconciliation, balance sheet and general ledger journal entries Processing Expense Reports on a regular basis Prepare and monitor department expenses against budget on monthly basis Prepare closing materials, consolidation package and analysis for management Fixed Asset Monitoring Special Projects Other duties as assigned   Position Requirements (Knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform...
