Summary The Event Coordinator and Admin Assistant will report directly to the Executive Director and will be responsible for assisting in managing all events. Ensuring our deadlines and budget requirements are adhered to. Coordinate activities on the day of the event to ensure all participating organization volunteers, bands, performers, staff, and distributors involved with our events, understand the guidelines and responsibilities that need to be followed always. In addition, they will assist the Executive Director in the various administrative tasks. Qualifications Two years in marketing and event planning within a professional services environment or similar experience. Proven record of accomplishment in developing and administering a successful and safe event.
