As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, reporting to the Sr. Manager Business Applications, you will play a key role working closely with the Service organization in designing, building, and supporting the ServiceMax Field service application and be the subject matter expert for the Field Service domain.
The BSA will have great communication skills, strong business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skillset to develop creative technology and systems solutions to meet critical business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner closely with Field Service business in understanding the current ‘As is’ environment, processes, challenges/gaps and requirements globally.
Work with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize/deliver requirements through backlog grooming and release planning.
Collaborate with the business and technical teams to translate Field service business requirements accurately into high-quality Functional design specifications...
