The Shelter Support staff is responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment for shelter residents. Staff also assist with in-person response, shelter operations, crisis hotline, and general administration. Part Time   Duties and responsibilities: Answer the 24-hour hotline, providing crisis counseling and safety planning, information and referrals, and intakes. Assist move-in and exit process, including completion of all paperwork. Provide crisis support/intervention and advocacy Support the shelter residents with activities of daily living. Provide client transportation. Ensure that the shelter facility is kept clean and well stocked. Document and maintain client records per appropriate standards and regulations.
