Summary: The HR Recruiter is a full time position that is responsible to assist the James Caccia Plumbing with recruiting, onboarding, enrollment, benefits administration and maintaining health and wellness programs for employees. This will be achieved by performing the following duties. Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Support the full cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating employment offers, and onboarding) Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocations and intern program. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Review and distribute incoming applications, coordinate interviews as needed, provide successful candidates with new-hire paperwork, communicate certification requirements, and provide access credentials badges. Establishes and maintains HRIS through oversight of accurate data entry and filing systems to ensure compliant and accurate record management for employee files, I9 documentation, medical files and employment verification Be point of contact for all HR related requests and questions for employees. Manage team member required certifications and permits and oversee compliance database. Assist and provide support to Operations Manager and other Managers in employee separation paperwork including requesting separation documents and final pay amounts, submitting benefit termination requests, and conducting exit interviews. Assist with annual and interim benefit open enrollment process. Arrange for distribution of materials from carriers, assists with communicating changes to team members and processing benefit changes within deadlines. Field requests for leave of absence from employees and collaborate with Employer’s Guardian to compliantly administer leaves, in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements; Act as liaison and coordinate communication between employee and Employer’s Guardian Arrange and coordinate meetings, orientations, and training sessions. Administratively assist other departments including Receiving, Quality Control, Production, and Shipping as needed. Performs quarterly audits to ensure James Caccia Plumbing standards are being maintained. Support Directors and Executive Leadership with research, and/or special projects, Ad Hoc reports, and other related duties as assigned. Coordinate with Controller to facilitate Leave of Absence Management and assist with company Benefit Program.
