As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, reporting to the Sr. Manager Business Applications, you will play a key role working closely with the Service organization in designing, building, and supporting the ServiceMax Field service application and be the subject matter expert for the Field Service domain. Candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of telecom billing and Telecom Expense Management (TEM), including invoice audit and optimization, and hands-on experience with a hosted TEM application.
