As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, reporting to the Sr. Manager Business Applications, you will play a key role working closely with the Service organization in designing, building, and supporting the ServiceMax Field service application and be the subject matter expert for the Field Service domain. The BSA will have great communication skills, strong business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skillset to develop creative technology and systems solutions to meet critical business needs.
