The Jobs Coordinator & Dispatcher (JCD) will be responsible for matching day workers with employers as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise as a result of the job performed. Additionally, the JCD will record the details related to these jobs using the Center’s technology resources. The ability to provide excellent service in both English and Spanish is critical. The JCD must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and maintain confidentiality of all privileged information.
Job Duties
Registering new workers and employers and managing the filing of their applications
Gathering, creating, and maintaining records related to worker information, identification cards, and onboarding materials
Matching workers with employers via in-person, phone, and email interactions

The AP/GL Accountant is located in Mountain View, CA. This position is responsible for accounting activities including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Account Reconciliations, and Balance Sheet accounts. May handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for reconciling the A/P module to GL by working full cycle of payable process using Microsoft Dynamics AX system, including processing checks and wires on a regular basis
Responsible for general ledger account reconciliations, bank reconciliation, balance sheet and general ledger journal entries
Processing Expense Reports on a regular basis
Prepare and monitor department expenses against budget on monthly basis
