Job Description Under general direction of the Emergency Management Manager, the Airport Emergency Management Coordinator will design, plan and test response procedures to ensure the effective mobilization of Airport first responders and mutual aid partners in emergencies or disasters; conducts drills and exercises for responses to such emergencies as air crash, air piracy, bomb threats, active shooter, hazardous material spills, counterterrorism, business operational interruptions, structural fire, and major natural disasters; serves as liaison to Airport staff, local, state, county, and federal agencies, airlines, tenants, and non-governmental organizations in coordinating emergency efforts throughout the emergency management cycle; continually seeks out best practices and technology to improve response and recovery. Responsibility: Status open orders, input new orders and follow up expedite requests. Duties will include the following: Process and track open work orders. Processing expedite requests from customers. Communicate via email, fax and phone for order status to customers. Monitor all customer orders to anticipate material schedule issues. Facilitate Customer special shipping instructions. Facilitate ECO documentation review and confirm the ECO implementation with manufacturing. Facilitate First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) documentation. Represent a positive response to MRI capabilities to customers. Other administrative duties as required(such as invoice processing.)
